9. Cream lipstick
If you want to avoid dry formulas that stick in crevices and accentuate wrinkles, go for creams. Some cream blushes are much longer-lasting than powders, anyway. The trick here is that you don’t always have to go out and buy a new product.
Try using pink, peach, or red lipstick as a blush. You’ll only need a dot or two, especially if the lipstick is rather bright. Start by placing it away from your nose. Blend well with your fingers and finish with a little brush stroke.
10. The business card trick
Business cards, credit cards, magnetic cards, these are all beauty tools. If the outer corner of the eye is drooling a bit, pull one out. Place it up and out of the outer corner of the eye. Now you can apply eyeshadow and liner without worrying about dropping a millimeter too low and smearing your eye down.
Also use this trick when using mascara with a dirty brush or thick formula. Hold the card behind your lashes, against your eyelid, and let go. Once the card is removed, everything is fine.
